The draw took place yesterday for the Gareth Moore NRC Final playing shirt. It was carried out by Gary Thornton, who whilst he was coach, was not only a tremendous supporter of the BISSA cause, he was also a member and valuable contributor. So we feel it was fitting to ask him to perform the draw.
Gary drew out NUMBER 155, which was ‘bought’ by Adrian Wailes.
Adrian is a long standing supporter, along with his father Herbert, of both the Bulldogs and BISSA, so congratulations and many thanks to Adrian. We will, as promised, be organising a formal presentation of the shirt to Adrian, in conjuction with Gareth Moore.
May we also take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE who took part in this promotion, which included, along with many Bulldog fans, Widnes Viking and Huddersfield Giants supporters.
